About High Tranche
High Tranche is a directory of 839+ commercial real estate lenders in America. Every lender is organized by capital source type, property type, and geography.
Each lender profile includes program details, historical deal volume, contact information, and comparison data. The goal is simple: help CRE borrowers find the right lender for their deal without calling 50 brokers first.
We track 9 capital source types across 11 property categories. Agency, bank, bridge, CMBS, debt fund, hard money, life company, and credit union lenders are all represented.
Data comes from public regulatory filings, HUD databases, industry directories, and direct lender outreach. Sources include Freddie Mac Optigo, Fannie Mae DUS lists, HUD FHA firm commitments, Private Lender Link, and industry ranking data. Every profile is verified before publishing. We re-verify quarterly.
